Rabak mata ku
Pena menari
Tinta berdarah
Rabak mata ku
Pena menari-nari
Tinta berdarah
Kata membara-bara
*Masanya ku bernafas
Ini terakhir kali
Puas sudah ku sesak
Dalam dunia sempit
Dulu tersungkur
Kini berdiri
Kau bermain api
Kini ku bakari
Dulu menunduk
Kini ku celik
Kau bermain api
Chorus:
Engkau mahu sempurna
Engkau jadi sempurna
Biar aku bahagia dengan cela ku
Engkau mahu malaikat
Turun dari kayangan
Biar aku bahagia dengan cela ku
Mengapa …..
Tidak engkau cermin saja
Diri mu yang sempurna, mempesona
Ku bahagia dengan cela
Mengapa…
Tidak kau bercinta saja
Dengan diri mu yang sempurna, mempesona
Ku bahagia dengan cela
(Repeat *)
(Repeat chorus)
Siapa yang mampu mencapai mahu mu
Bilamana kau juga seorang manusia?
Siapa yang mampu mencapai mahu mu
Bilamana kau juga seorang manusia?
(This is a song - CELA from a group who called themselves BONEKA)
From me to me : To the question of your life, you are the only answer. To the problem of life, you are the only solution.
Aku ada terbaca post seorang kawan yang ATRIA bakal berubah atau kata lain closed down ... The ATRIA dah lama shopping complex ni. Rupanya dah lama aku kat KL ni kan ..... Masa aku mula menjejak kaki kat sini SOGO pun masih tak ada. KLCC masih padang lagi bekas tempat lumba kuda. KFC paling famous kat Yow Chuan Plaza. Ha'a, Yow Chuan @ City Square pun dah tak ada. Dah jadi Double Tree sekarang. Aku ingat Ampang Park, lepas tu ada Kerry's kalau tak salah aku. Kat Ampang jugak. Macam-macamlah tak ingat dah aku.
Pagi tadi aku lalu di Phoenix Plaza. Dah usang sangat bangunan tu. Entah apa yang dia org tengah buat, entah. Pecah sana sini. 11 tahun lalu masa aku baru kahwin, masih ada lagi Fajar Hypermarket, masih ada lagi Pizza. Dulu zaman aku sekolah ada Toy'r Us yang besar kat situ. Gahnya Phoenix Plaza ....
Kalau bas, naik Ekspres Nasional, kalau kereta api mestilah naik Ekspres Rakyat. Sesekali balik bercuti sebiji macam rombongan Cik Kiah.
Kalau naik kereta api pula kadang-kadang perjalanan mengambil masa sampai 12 jam. Aku suka naik keretapi. Kat stesyen ada A&W. Ekspres Rakyat akan berhenti di setiap stesen. Koc pula sentiasa penuh.
Amin.
I hope that everybody is feeling great at the moment. …
How do you start your day ? Are you late to work…
Do you think, that’s its Thursday and you have to go to work…
Or … You have this thought…
“Yes, it’s still Thursday and I’m going to work…”
When you see yourself at the mirror first thing in the morning, what you do?
Do you smile to yourself? Or … Do you think that your hair look bad …
I’m going to share a topic on Happiness… and giving you some tips on how to get happy now.
Happiness should be an everyday occurrence. It is not something that we reserved for a special occasion or we’ll have to wait for weekends, anniversary or birthday to be happy.
Let me first tell you what happiness is, scientifically:
“Research shows that when you have a thought , a molecule will get formed from it and that thought will then affect your biology. This means that well-being gets translated into a biological response.”
I have given you some of the example just now that shows how you start your day reflected to your everyday mood. Here are some tips on how to get happy, now:
1. Know your HAPPY triggers.
a. No one knows you better than yourself. So consciously keep track of what makes you happy.
b. Simple things such as coffee or walking on the beach might seem insignificant. But don’t underestimate the triggers. They are actually an effective pick-me-ups.
c. You don’t have to wait for things to get sour to do it. You can be nice to yourself. Make a list of your happy triggers and do it.
2. It’s Ok to feel blue.
a. Some may assume that pretending that you are not upset will solve the issues. That’s not true…
b. You have to face the fact that sometimes you may be down and that’s natural. The important thing is “how you handle the roller-coaster”.
c. You know that the time will passed and there might be lessons learnt from it.
d. Learn the experience, be glad that you know how to deal with it in the future.
e. Give yourself some time and move on.
3. Keep A Grateful Journal
a. Have you ever practised identifying what makes you HAPPY?
b. Here’s an idea, keep a journal or start blogging.
c. We are too often get annoyed by colleague or loud neighbours. We are too much focused on that. But this will only amplify to frustration.
d. Try begin to take note of blissful moment throughout your day .
e. Make a list of places or people that makes you happy. Wrote it down.
f. This positive thoughts will feed your mood and you’ll be a whole lot happier in no time at all.
4. Say it out loud.
a. As much as your family loves and understands you, just remember that they are not mind reader.
b. You have to let them know. It is important to work into the conversation for things you enjoy doing.
c. When you make an effort for letting people know what make you happy, they naturally will invite you along for things that brighten up your day.
d. As for things that make you happy there are also things that make you unhappy. So in order for you to have peace of mind in the long run, let them know how you feel.
e. Voicing out your feeling doesn’t mean your friends and relative have to walk on egg shells around you.
f. Be considerate and fair in voicing out your discomfort by addressing the right issues in the right approach.
g. Share things that they are discomfort too. After all, sharing is caring.
5. Be passionate
a. This probably the most important ingredient to being happy and staying happy.
b. Pursue your passions with a vengeance and you will always be happy even though things might be tough.
c. Do what’s best for yourself and most of all do it because it makes you feel happy and satisfied.
Last but not least:
The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything: they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
